Research access should be useful, transparent, and proportionate.

What we collect

When you request a structured Madar research file, we collect the professional details you submit: your name, work email, company or organization, optional role, and intended use. We also record the requested file, access and download timestamps, referral and campaign parameters, approximate country, browser user agent, and language settings. This research-access system does not store your raw IP address.

Why we collect it

We use this information to provide and administer access, understand which professionals and organizations use our work, improve the research, prevent abuse, and identify relevant commercial or research conversations. We do not sell this information.

Email updates are optional

Consent to receive research updates is separate from access to the file. Leaving the updates box unchecked will not prevent a download. If you opt in, you can withdraw that choice at any time by replying to an email or contacting us.

Storage and retention

Access records are stored in private infrastructure operated for Madar by Vercel. We retain them for up to 24 months, or for less time when they are no longer needed, except where a longer period is required for security, legal, or record-keeping purposes.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion, or an end to communications, email research@madarstrategy.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

A practical limitation

The access form helps Madar understand direct use; it is not digital-rights management. A file can still be forwarded after download. Source citations, methodology, and public research pages remain openly available.
